I had a bad experience on New Year's Eve. I ordered food online at 6pm and was told it would be ready at 7:10pm. I arrived at the restaurant at 7pm, and was told by one of the blonde hostesses that she'd bring my food out when it was ready. I checked 3 more times over the next 45 minutes, and at 7:50p, I asked for a refund. The manager then brought my food out and said it had been sitting on the counter for a while. So I waiting in the parking lot for almost an hour, got cold food, when I got home found that 2 parts of our order were wrong (no Edamame & white rice instead of brown), and now see we were overcharged on my credit card. I would like a full refund or a credit for a future order. This entire experience was inexcusable and I did NOT get what I paid for in any sense of the phrase. Thank you in advance.

I love Saga Fusion and I always get food from there but today it was a disappointment... I know the sushis I always order and I know how spicy they are but today I couldn’t even eat some of them because it was waaay to spicy and a lot of spicy sauce on top... waste of time and waste of my money... thinking if I’ll return or not since it’s expensive and I could t eat most of the food I got!
